Sleek Makeup Buys

A few weeks ago I recieved an email from Sleek with a 50% off code which they were sending to people who had problems with their 50% off offer they had on their website a while back. This was a lovely gesture from Sleek as I was gutted I was unable to place an order during their promotion due to technical diffficulties.

Here's what I bought:

Glo Bronzer: Gold Digga

I was excited when buying this bronzer as I actually do not own any bronzers but when swatched the pigmentation is very weak and doesnt even show up on my skin even when heavily rubbed into my skin.

Blusher: Pan-Tao 

This blush is from Sleek's 'Avoir La Peche' collection and it is lovely peachy colour when swatched despite looking like a bright orange colour in the pics. 

Blush: Sunrise

Sunrise is a reddy/brown toned blush with gold shimmer in it. I have worn this blush a few times and it is easily becoming one of my faves as I love the shimmer in it which is great for highlighting your cheek bones. I also like to pair this blush on top of MACs Raizin blush.

Blush: Flamingo

Flamingo is a very high pigmented hot pink blush but actually looks nice on my skin tone which I didn't expect when I ordered it.

Despite the cheap price I am very pleased with the quality of the blushes which I did not expect and will happily purchase again. My next blush purchase will be the Rose Gold which was sold out when I placed my order. I am however, disappointed about the bronzer and the non existent colour pay off when I used it.

Holiay Nails

I am off on holiday tomorrow and after a few long and busy weeks I am glad to be having some time off to do absolutely nothing but relax. At the moment I have a slight dilemma on what colour to paint my nails for my holiday, I have narrowed it down to these four but I still cant make a decision....

Zara Plaited Shopper Handbag

I have been eyeing up this leather bag since December and every time I go into Zara I pick it up play with it a little and put it back down and leave lusting for it. I don't know why I have been doing this because when I see something I must have I always buy without giving it a thought. Anyway this weekend I saw that it was still being sold so I had to scoop it up.

The bag also comes in two other colours nude and red, there was also a black version when I first saw it back in December which doesn't seem to be available anymore. I can say that I am in love with this bag it is over sized and holds practically everything. The only downside of having a massive bag like this is that it feels quite heavy even when I have minimal items in it.

My new Canon

Sorry for the lack of blog posts guys the past few weeks have been quite busy for me added with the fact that I have been without a digital camera for a while until now.

Thank you so much for your suggestions on what brand camera to get, it was a unanimous result for Canon which made it a lot more easier for me to decide. Without further a do I present to you my new baby.....Canon Power Shot SX210 IS.

I have no idea how to use it apart from the basic preset options but I can say from the few pictures I have already taken with it the quality of the pictures are great!! and I love the pop up flash thingy that comes out. This camera is much better than any other digital camera I have had before. Now to learn how to use it to its full potential.
